Tony was born and raised in Rocky River before attending Ohio State. He has worked in the home improvement and home remodeling industry for over thirty years. Tony is a big Cleveland sports fan and he loves live comedy, as the two often go hand in hand . . .

TJ has spent his entire life around the home remodeling industry. During childhood, he worked in his family's flooring business. Later in his career, he managed a sales force for a large national remodeler. TJ and his family are originally from the Dayton area. When not working, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his loved ones.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Melinda now resides in Olmsted Township with her husband and French Bulldog, Jules Verne. She has been in the remodeling industry for almost decade. When not in the office, Melinda loves to travel and spend time with her kids and grandkids.

Sheri is a long time cherished employee of Window Expo. Sheri grew up in Northeast Ohio. When Sheri isn't at work she enjoys doing creative, artsy projects, cooking, baking and spending cuddle time with her tuxedo cat Jack.

Mae is a native of Parma. She attended the Cleveland Institute for Medical Massage for Massage Therapy. Mae has a beautiful baby girl named Mabel. She has worked as an administrative assistant and has great communication skills. She loves yoga and spending time with Mabel.

Julie was born and raised in Lakewood and attended college at the University of Cincinnati. Since returning home to Northeast Ohio, she has moved to Rocky River to live with her lovely fiancé and their adorable dog Daphne.

Daisy was found wandering the streets of Cleveland where she was sick, under-weight and very malnourished. In a few short weeks after she was rescued, her health and faith in humanity were both restored. This was the direct result of the love and care that she received in her new home. Once in good health, Daisy has served as a companion, exercise partner, snuggle buddy, home security system, company mascot, garbage disposal and more.

Jack is a native of Lakewood and currently lives in Westpark with his partner Gabriela and their dog Carson. Jack has always been a handy person and has worked in the trades for the last sixteen years. His favorite pastime is fishing on Lake Erie with friends.
Ryan Hartzell

Ryan is a native of Akron where he attended college. Now, Ryan is the proud owner of a beautiful century home in Lakewood, where he lives with his wife, daughter and their dog Miles. Ryan also has a vast knowledge of the home improvement industry.

As a Cleveland native currently residing in Westpark, Joey is a proud alumni of John Carroll University. He finds great fulfillment in assisting homeowners with their remodeling needs.
When not working, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and going to Cleveland Guardians games.
Bob Zielinski
Project Manager
Bob grew up in Sagamore Hills and currently resides in Brunswick with Gina, his lovely bride of 37 years, along with their dog and two cats. Bob graduated from Bowling Green State University and was a professional baseball player in the Cincinnati Reds organization. Bob has been in the home improvement business for many years and has a passion for helping homeowners transform their homes and greatly enhance their quality of life. He is excited to meet you too!

Rob grew up in Lakewood and currently lives in Avon with his wife Sue, who teaches in Avon Lake, and their two dogs, Mable and Lucy. Rob has been in the home remodeling industry for over 10 years and loves to golf in his free time. We appreciate you welcoming Rob into your home.

Born and raised in Akron, Rick now lives in Tallmadge with his wife and three kids. He joined the Expo team after serving 20 years with the U.S. Air Force managing a financial operations team. Rick grew up learning and helping his father, who worked in construction, on side jobs and home improvement projects. Rick is an avid runner and loves spending time with family and friends.

Kenny was born in Cleveland, graduated from Lakewood High School and is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. After serving two tours overseas, Kenny came home and attended Cleveland State. Kenny has been our Warehouse Manager for two years.

Donnie has been a window installer for 10 years. He grew up in Lakewood and lives with his daughter and his dog Mona. He loves sports and most of all spending time with his family.
